3/29: Teacher Workday This week in ELA: Phonics Skills: Vowel Diagraphs: oo, ue, ew, ui Comprehension Skill: Text Based Comprehension, Monitor and Clarify Language and Grammar: Review Adverbs and Adjectives This week in Math: CCSS.MATH.CONTENT.2.MD.D.10 Measurement and Data use a bar graph (with single-unit scale) to represent a data set with up to four categories. Solve simple put-together, take-apart, and compare problems using information presented in a bar graph. Homework Notes and Reminders! The students will complete one ELA activity (Family Times), one reading log entry, and one math activity each evening Monday through Thursday. During this week, various staff members will visit our class ad share some of their favorite Dr. Suess books with us! The students will uses rulers and measuring tape to measure and compare objects around the room. Homework Notes and Reminders!
